Does it have it's own entrance or will they have to go through your home to get to their rental?

My wife and I are remodeling a 1940s bungalow-style home in St Petersburg, and after several months of interior work, we need design help and drawings of the front exterior for our contractor to gain permits from the city and move forward with the project.The original front entrance of the home was covered with an addition built by previous owners, and we'd like to boost curb appeal and value by adding a driveway, front steps, a new door with sidelights, and an overhang jutting out from the gable with columns. 

The entrance barrier is lower and for that reason easier to get started. 

Look at the entrance aprons which is the commercial name for where the cars pull into the parking lot they are special cement design. 

Make sure nothing about your entrances (doors) stands out that make them look like an easy target.

Went around the loop twice and when I came out about 11:15am, the line getting in to the cove was backed up over a mile beyond the entrance.  

do you mean the front door entrance looks very accessible or do you mean that the driveway leading to the front door area is very accessible? 

Each room has its own exterior entrance from the breezeway.The current owners have operated it as a bed & breakfast the last 12 years, with breakfast served in the main house which is also their primary residence.By my analysis, revenue from the 5 rooms could cover the debt service and operations of the whole property.  

Even if that is accurate, it seems there is plenty of equity to be had, but we are having trouble securing a loan for a STR.My mom lives on the ground floor of the house and Airbnbs the 2nd floor (with it’s own entrance).

This is what I was considering with my S.F. property, adding a kitchenette and a separate entrance for ADU -it wouldn't affect garage space.
