I am from England, so my questions might be culturally related.Question 1: “Ghetto areas” in LA

I’ve found a few promising properties in LA zip codes that, according to Best Places & City Data, have high levels of violent crime.In the UK, we’d call such areas ghettos and they are not worth investing in, as the tenants lack income, the monthly rental prices are low, and the property management companies provide a poor service.

That said, let's talk about the alleged sticking points: a heated drive in a colder climate is DEFINITELY attractive (...says my aging but stubborn snow-shoveling body in New England.)

Hi all, I've been in the real estate investing/flipping world throughout New England now for 3 years but have just done things locally through hard money lending and private investors.

I've found a commercial/investment property in South East England that has gone to auction due to bankruptcy of the owner.

I will be coming down from New England to attend.
