I was re-energized today after meeting with a fellow investor. 

However, I am feeling more pumped and energized to retake this exam for the last time and pass it.

I am beyond passionate about encouraging others towards their goals, it truly is the most energizing and rewarding hobby I have.

I totally agree with Nathan that great paying job will only energize your opportunities in real-estate.

Could you sell it and do a 1031 into a project that makes you feel more energized and excited?

I think after handing the thing off to a good PM, having their attorneys strategies the best eviction plan, putting good tenants in, & ultimately not having to think about it for a few months, you'll come back energized & ready to stick with this property. 

I've often thought that electrified steering wheels that energized when someone tried to steal a car would do the 60 hz shuffle :D
