I have my popcorn with a tall glass of diet milk waiting for this answer. 

When I finish this book called "The Drunk Diet", it's going to be placed in the box of shared books in the refinery administration building. 

I could probably go on a rice and beans diet and make the payments, or drain my 401k, but if there are other options on the table, why not look at them?   

Also you should know that they aren't townhouses, but condos, and subject to a Regime which means there could be a dreaded "special assessment" in the future.

Under the current tax regime, most people have a higher standard deduction than they would with itemized deductions, such as property taxes and mortgage interest on your residence.

The default regime is 30% withholding of all gross payments.

Georgia has one of the most favorable intrastate exemption regimes and Groundfloor is apparently doing these.  

It is good for a well rounded diet to get a healthy dose at least twice a week in my opinion:) I'll check out the book, but in the mean time, do you have anything else helpful to add?
