So for my inspection calls, only two things always come with: my bag, which has my papers, the mighty little Juice, extra screwdriver bits, and my injection-molded toolkit case that I bought from Costco three years ago.The most important tool that this kit is missing for me is a small Channellock tongue-and-groove pliers, which I also carry in my bag.

Outsiders see the Ospreys bag that you are holding but not what's inside the bag.Of course in your case, you need to determine of being left holding the bag is worth the trouble (ba-dum).

Smaller multifamily is a mixed bag.

That screams to me "I want to be able to walk away and leave you holding the bag") I was looking at a multi family for a solo k which has to be non recourse.

Just from briefly looking at it, this looks like a valuable tool to keep in my tool bag.
