I have no clue on the deals and the deep dive into these is above my pay grade.. but I can say that deals that subscribe in an hour or so .. then little to no due diligence is done  at least deep due diligence .. and its the herd mentality.and I can only harken back to Realty shares heydays with Nav Athwal.. 

They are over 300 years old and have deep pockets which allows us to self fund all our build projects and get better deals and bulk pricing in materials and other services We can pass these savings on to our buyers.

The course curriculum is awesome for getting a deep dive into capital raising and its definitely valuable if you’re looking to focus in that realm of the investment world. 

First, deep relationships with people so that you know them well, they know you well, and relationship continues for many years.  

How does the already deep in debt CA afford to tack on $50 BILLION in debt service?

I really want to dive deep into real estate and be a learner & just soak up knowledge.

Of course, BP is known for being deep. 

Its good that you've already established some target markets, I'd recommend diving deep into 1 or 2 markets, then branching out.
