Age: I think it will but you can minimize it by being knowledgeable, professional, confident, and fair.  

The goal is to build confidence, learn, and set a solid foundation for scaling later.

So I'm confident I could find a solution, but would probably be forced to walk away if there was no favorable outcome for lease termination for the investor.
