Need Guidance on Inheritance.

Sounds like she's already in REI via the inheritance.My suggestion would be to consider recommending she liquidate some of the non-RE holdings and expand / diversify that portfolio of rental / income properties unless there's better income / ROI to be had elsewhere.My $0.02 ...Condolences on the loss, to both of you.
