I compiled my estimate using a spreadsheet system developed by David Robertson.

Is there anything unique about your data vs the foreclosure data compilers out there?

Over the years I compiled them in this list:https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/2810/50272-lis...They are all good quality lenders but their programs and terms vary, some may work for you while others won't.

Once you compile a list of properties, how long do you work that list?  

If we compile it into our pay or quit notice, which under Virginia it's 5 days before we can file a UD summons, we stay within our company process.Our pay or quit notice is like the all-in-one notice.

Hi @Guido BertoliA big part of buying these types of properties is the slow compiling of data of what expenses should be in your target area.

This data will be populated into a pre-set table within the databaseScript 2: Compile all data from the table mentioned above, and retrieve all information relevant to that property.

I then compiled a list of properties I will hand-write letters to explain I want to buy the duplex and house-hack (I won't use the verbage house-hack).

Even looking at the way something so simple as mortgage origination data is compiled and disseminated is problematic for the RE industry.
