I don't disagree that Airbnb claims can be difficult but this is all very common in the industry. 

I don't expect to know everything by then, but I hope to develop a basic strategy that prevents me from making the most common and costly mistakes that a newbie can make.

I bout one in 2019 and it has turned into a gem for me, but at the time, it would not have been 1.25 1.25x is a very common DSCR for a bank.

while I totally understand the frustration especially purchasing what was supposed to be a new and ready to go asset, but these things are pretty common so don't feel to discouraged.
