Everyone ready for the most roller coaster month we've likely ever lived through?   

 @Jackie Cramer: I agree it's been a bit of a roller coaster.

It's been quite a roller coaster ride for us in CA, as I'm sure it is for everyone.

We never have the roller coaster rides other cities and states due. 

@Yoni Benimetzky I have been in the middle of this roller coaster ride on a refinance here in Berwyn.

I'm not saying we won't see a dip in occupancy and rates; however, it's comforting knowing that 80% of my guests are East Coasters already.

I've been reading, listening, and self educating through BP over the past couple years and have recently taken that first scary/exciting/emotional roller coaster of a step and purchased my first duplex out of state.

The only people to get hurt on a roller coaster are those who get off too early. 

Yes it is a scary jump and there is a lack of confidence but I'm going to try to do my best because this stock market is a roller coaster that wipes out years of gains in just days.

Been a roller-coaster ride, but still hopeful there is a deal(s) to be done.
