I never give any credence to these things because, while it’s interesting to see where the politician’s heads are at, these things have 0% chance of ever becoming official policy or law, ESPECIALLY in this divided political climate.

Only solution is hope FED cuts interest rates fast and deep, but all macro-data says US economy doing great with fed funds at 5.33% so foreclosure becoming only option.now if a Chimp with a learning disorder like me could see this coming, perhaps, the syndicators that charged high fees and had 5 different "share classes" saw it coming too and perhaps that was their plan all along?

@Zhihan Wan if you’re in colder climates then I wouldn’t extend the lease on MTM basis since you’ll likely have the same vacancy issue this time around.
