I will go see samples but figured you folks could give a definitive thumbs down if this is just today's version of cheap linoleum.

I’m open to flipping, renting, or exploring other strategies.My mantra is to test new things “fast and cheap,” so I’ll probably begin investing locally in CT before considering otehr markets across the US. 

The heating system, while straightforward, wasn't cheap for my 3 unit and will have a longer payback period.

Cheap homes for an area are cheap for a reason - low to no demand from local investors or owners.

Every month of the year has nice average weather.It certainly is not cheap to live in San Diego (fortunately that is no longer an issue for me).  

But I did not like what I saw, anything under what Costar would rate 4 stars did not appeal to me. 

They are sure cheap to buy and build up.I thought of building a place out of a part of a 747.
