My wife and I started managing more properties for others as word of mouth recommendations started and we started to use the management and arbitrage cash flow to acquire our own properties and fund the BRRRs we were working on.  

Unit was rented by some one who was the manager for a about a year and then gave over managing to me.

I don't currently have any investment properties, but will likely work with a turn-key property managment in the Memphis/Little Rock area.My goal is to build a good cash-flow portfolio to ease into retirement. 

We do the leasing for them, but once we get the tenant in place, turn it back over to the owner to manage. 

Just needed for some tips on saving and managing money better .

Building a portfolio allows you to gain experience, develop systems, develop your own approach to managing properties etc.

For over a decade, I’ve focused on multifamily acquisitions and asset management with firms ranging from small boutique offices to large syndicators.

We need to find a good app/website for them to send rent as well, preferably one that has many things built into it, making it more simple to manage things in one place.
