The management company said it was in working order, so why costs to repair and red flags that the cost is split as another resident damaged it...what is the truth-it was fine or it was damaged already or did it damage another person's car as well?

Isn't the plane ticket, food, hotel and rental car a write off?

I'm located in Manhattan and didn't bring a car (as most people don't here) so the closer the better.

The branches of the tree hang over my tenants parking spots and they have complained that smaller branches have fallen and scratched their car, as well as a larger branch falling and taking out a section of fencing.
