They know that buyer will not bombard them with 1,000 questions because the buyer broker is helping with that.I just closed a deal a week ago that had 7 offers on it the first week.

Sp while you sending the mailers out 6 times and getting just a fraction for the interested people every time you resend the mailers while pissing off the majority of the people that were interested you THINK you are gaining leads while in fact you are LOSING themTell me honestly.Do YOU like to be bombarded and pressured with mailers?

Agents are bombarded with phone calls.

So if there any of you guys out there who've been doing this a while and you wouldn't mind me bombarding you with questions (especially in the Jacksonville, Fl area) then please PM me. 

If you are being bombarded with calls it may be an indication that you are underpriced.  

If you are ever in the process of starting your own reit, hiring a good attorney to bombard the charter with provisions is key to long term success and preservation.

But that wouldn't result in any money in your pocket.These must still have limited availability in TX or you would be getting bombarded with pre-approved offers.

Further, we are bombarded by not so ethical or sound propositions on this site on a daily basis.
