Not that I'm a proponent of borrowing just for a tax break, but the interest is a deductible expense.

Hey Ursula, I don't think breaking down the cost is more important than detailing the SOW(scope of work).

Starting out in real estate can feel overwhelming, but breaking it into clear steps makes it manageable.

If you are a newbie or old timer who is really struggling to break through in this business, what do you think is the reason so many don't make it?

Have both homes completed and sold in less than a year.. and then are taking a much needed break from construction:)Any advice or ideas would so appreaciated!
