They buy what they need for the next day or two from local stands of fruit, beef, chickens, fish, etc.

I guess my beef is this: every time I ask a licensed real estate agent, even a buyer's agent, they don't want to help.

I believe that the sellers agent is probably trying to get you to beef up your price so that his commission can be higher.

That aside, my main beef with this whole deal is that it feels that every day the Government grows in scope.

Just simply claims that ya'll don't believe...Honestly I don't care...I've got nothing to prove.. no beef.. simply a willingness to help here and there when I see folks wanting to do something for themselves...I know how I did it... and that's the experiences/story I'm able to share...You don't want to listen then tune out...I noticed you have a property for sale in my neck of the woods..Waxahachie Texas...Feel free to visit me... we'll have lunch at Juniors in Red Oak, or over at The Cotton Patch....

In one case to produce a lot of condensation with minimal cooling and in the other case a lot of cooling and the condensation is only a by product. 

Tax benefits is just a by-product.

My two main beefs with Section 8 is that, in my market, they do not pay market rents.
