And yes I already know that a simpler solution would be to buy property where it doesn't snow, but it's a little late for that advice.Thanks,Hal

I was in Miami a couple of weeks ago on jean Norton mini weekend tour (not one of those multi $ks deals), just an intro to the area and local players (wholesales, agents,contractors Hal's etc.).
