Hi Thomas, I love Atomic Habits if you haven't already read that, implementing "habit stacking" has really helped me stay consistent with my routines in an almost effortless fashion.

My office manages a lot of rental properties as well and I see the big turnover, but I also get a tom of calls as soon as we put up a sign.

I just ordered the book Real Estate: Principals and Process as recommended on BP. apparently its a tome of a book. at over a hundred dollars, it is expensive, but the knowledge will be well worth it, I believe.
