It's a tremendous amount of fun doing this for yourself.

It's not just the money, but having fun doing what you are good at that counts too.

I had so much fun doing this part of the job I started looking for other rocks to chip away at.  

My net income now should be about 2 to 3 k a month extra off of dividends which I would probably end up reinvesting in other stock sense I wouldn’t need it and rent.I would place about 100k into dream cds to create a more safe income there.Then I would probably use 100 k to travel and give and assist lower societies and people classes and pretty much donate it but have fun doing it.Then I’ll probably use 200 k to pay off my parents debts with what they’ve done for me in my lifetime.

It looks like you're going to make some money and have some fun doing it.Earlier in the thread you said you were going to hire a contractor to do things "like laying hardwoods".

Plus in Milwaukee when you buy it triggers a city inspection and you get a list on violations you must fix within 90 days, so that is always fun doing 5 properties at once!

Could probably embarrass the landlord into some action, and who knows you might have some fun doing this too.Whether this would be too dangerous would be based on how anonymous you are able to keep yourself.
