Appointments take at least a week, then several days for them to analyze their coverage, then you go into a queue for one of their required contractors - all while the tenant is without heat, water, etc.The sewer & water line program offered by the DWSD can be useful if you haven't already replaced those lines. 

@Jitao NiuBeing that it is a local bank - I would make an appointment with a real estate loan officer at the bank and go in and speak with them.  

I will also get a UT drivers license, register to vote, and make community connections, but I will be traveling to NV for prenatal appointments and giving birth in NV.Has anyone done this?

Having to go back and forth to the property 5 or 6 times for things that could have been handled at the same time is rather annoying and that's not counting the fact the realtors have other appointments to get too or could have worked on other deals while the lender did what they were normally supposed to do etc.In my case I had an ideal deal that fit even their own requirement's, hence why I wanted to go with it.
