Or if its a total bummer your client does not blow due diligence money on something that is not going to close.. this is very common when working with wholesalers who dont want to spend money on anything.

One or two little mistakes in your underwriting, a miss on the walkthrough, and you will blow right through your profit and come out in negative.

What the DOJ and consumer advocates are saying, is that buyers and buyer agents should be setting the buyer agent compensation amount, not the seller.
