Visiting over Xmas with family.  

We are eight hours away from our property visiting family for Christmas and got a call that our rental has 3 feet of water in the basement.

Even if I have to lower the rate by $200 to find the right tenant, I am still ahead of the game by a C-note by year's end.Just my 2 cents, I hope you have already found a tenant for your home by the time this post drops!  

I'd be happy to visit about the market. 

Ask if their handyman is in-house--which I've seen turn into a "charge up to the owner authorization threshold for every single visit".
