Oops I see you are in las Vegas

I am a real estate investor in Vegas, and my family has lived in the West Texas area for decades.I have a property that I'm working here and would love to speak with any buyers and or experienced wholesalers.I don't know how to connect on the site that I did see this thread while researching the wholesale market here.

Some households receive multiple filings, and not all filings result in evictions.That ranks Phoenix ahead of other big Sunbelt cities that in recent years have also seen an elevated number of eviction notices, including Houston and Las Vegas.

"Now you need this' "next you need this" Finally you're in vegas at super mystery weekend with screaming motivators and you feel like your're just waiting on Jim Jones or David Koresh to come out and tell you how to get to paradise. 

I have yes, currently have 2 house in the las vegas area and plan to get some more with the equity built in them.  

One other thought is fully furnished mid term rentals.. these have worked very good for us in Vegas we get a double or better rent premium on ours.. much less work than STR and you dont have to worry about ordinances or HOA restricting them..

Particularly the DSTs focusing on multi family, as the rise in vacancies and lower rents must have effected them too, especially in markets like Austin, Phoenix, Vegas, etc.
