Depending on which real estate agent or company that you go with, they may have their own process of adding homes into the system (some require an email submission and others will allow everything through their website).

Are there any good resources on what needs to be clearly stated in an LOI before submission to be confident you're covering all the bases?

I delayed myself about a month because I had to go back and fix things in my permit submission. 

What I got was 12 substantial renderings (one with 55 slides/images)   Please check it out  NOTE there are 12 different COMPLETE submissions!  

The DBPR has rejected my experience submissions 6 times, dating back to April, citing that the certification of license history that I submitted was insufficient (although it came from Maine's RE Commission).
