It's a deadly duo.I continue to invest in out of state rentals but predominantly in the South East.

Hi Steve, My partner is a developer, and were in Southeast Tennesse.

We use Regions Bank - not sure what state you are in but I think they are just in the Southeast.  

The least active regions were the Southeast (28) and Southwest (26).The national Price Direction sub-index fell 10 points to 50 — right at the breakeven point.

Currently the pilot areas are restricted to designated pilots on the North, Northwest, West, South and Southeast sides. 

And have a portfolio of condo's in Southeast Washington DC as well.

I am not familiar with the Cleveland, OH market, however, if you do not find what you are looking for and want to look at other excellent investment markets in the South East, then you need to take a look at Birmingham, AL, Huntsville, AL and Tuscaloosa, AL. 

We put ceiling fan/lighting combos in all of our homes BUT we are in the Southeast and it's hot and humid!

Being more affordable than the southeast, allows us to get in with a better basis and potential for growth as more people seek out affordable places to live with strong lifestyle amenities, and convenient travel available: major industries, all major sports, Delta Hub airport."
