Now when you are looking at VRBO organically, and are looking at a listing, after you scroll down aways it shows a section titled "Similar properties we recommend."

It's a manual process (and a bit slow as there is no copy and paste type feature I could find) but it's only once and you're good to go.So here's the login page... like I said, a nice visual interface as you'd expect from a web based app.You can scroll down a bit for more on how you're doing this year and compared to the previous year...Here's how I set things up...So to set things up... go to the accounting tab on the right (the +/- Box)... and click "Add Account in the top right...

I think there will always be value in having a full house for rent, but I also agree that SO many people have flooded into this space lately, buying almost any property to turn into a STR that you are competing with a lot more listing, and without something special about your property, your listing gets lost in the scrolling.

Here is the "lesson learned" : on the county listing, under "PARCEL#/NAME" is "Foster & Foster Tax Sale" (the primary law firm handles the sales) - scroll down the list,  if there is an addition firm listed (last time was AMS), there will be 2nd sale group.
