Hello BP family this is my first post but I read the blogs religiously .

I remember Jay talking about how C and D landlords can be in for a rude awakening when they sell. 

And they both pay on time religiously, so I don't get too bent out of shape about it.

It sounds like they are trying to drum up business for candle/Tupperware/essential oil/Mary Kay parties, (the list is endless) or religious activities where all might not be welcome.   

So, I have been listening religiously for about a month now, I’m caught up to about 2014 and have my playlist full of episodes that sound like they really pertain to me.Fast forward some years, and I currently work at Wells Fargo full-time as the Branch Manager and then by night and on weekends my wife and I own our own performing arts studio that I mentioned before.

since starting real estate 8 months ago Ive been following his methods religiously and have not seen any results.I've researched Tom Ferry but have not signed up for any of his programs. anyone have any experiences with both?

I am religiously reading on BP and listening to Podcast.

I just sat with my equity, i should be following his advice since i listen to him religiously

I've been using the Bigger Pockets calculator religious to tally up what is the highest I'm willing to pay. 

Not to make this into a religious conversation but if you are a Christian there are good options available.
