My husband and I moved a short while ago in Dallas, Texas.We are originally from the province of Quebec in Canada.This big change brought me to seize the opportunity and go full time in Real Estate.

He says in Quebec, an investor can only double close when applying the wholesale strategy, although he didn't seem too sure.

Then I guess it depends on where you are in Canada, because we don't have credit unions here in Quebec.

Anyone from Montreal / Quebec has experience doing this?

Now the Quebec market doesn't seem very interesting but are always open to start out of province.

Is skip tracing legal in Canada (QC)? I realize we have privacy laws that place limitations. If legal, what software do you use and what should I keep in mind? Thank you in advance. FYI - most of the softwares I come ...
