Along with having my RE License I also teach high school kids about Architecture, Engineering Design and Photoshop/Illustrator and how to create digital media.

Do not trust what some of these realtors put up because they photoshop them.   

Try searching Facebook for him...It might just PhotoShopped over a black T-shirt...

The public school system wouldn't accept your background check if the situation was reversed, and nor should you.A middle school student can falsify a background check with photoshop in less than 5 minutes.  

Try never make it a permanent part of the public record because adobe photo-shop can be your worst enemy.Look up the laws of assignments, transfers and sale of negotiable instruments in your part of the world and also endorsements in accordance to the uniform commercial code.

Does anyone recommend an application for designing a logo (word, photoshop, apps, etc).

In terms of holding a contest - you can look at most of the previous artwork  they have done in the past to get an idea of how good they are and can also ready the comments from their customers - good, bad, or ugly. it's at least worth taking a look - especially if you already know what type of design you are looking for and just need them give a nice polish = if you have no idea what you want to do - I'm sure they have designers who have plenty of ideas - but I have never gone that route as I usually know what I want - just don't know how to graphically design it ( though i do know enough about photoshop to get myself into trouble sometimes) Lets us know how it turns out  and we would love to see your logo when its complete. 

I do have photoshop but havent had much of a chance to mess around with it.  

If you aren't familiar with Photoshop it will have a learning curve, but you can throw up a phone number on the image, or use a logo or even company name so they can't use your properties...Thanks for the heads up, @David Oberlander
