There are great books out there on the BiggerPockets bookstore and that you could find in the library or on Amazon.

So, debating "do I need a CPA" or, in your case, "do I need a Realtor" is kind of pointless.As a person who has spent an expansive number of hours in a law library, pouring over chapter upon chapter of various laws and statutes, as well far more hours than the average bear also pouring over tax codes....

County and law school libraries also have examples of forms and procedures.

Rentals in PC are popular, whether short or long term.

But not sure trading 1 job for another is what you are looking for (although 1 may allow more freedom to not have to be in the Library every day).
