Warren Buffet once said something along the lines of farmers need not understand the bio-chemistry of the photosynthesis process to grow corn, nor do they need to check the corn 14 times a day, they need only to plant it and take reasonable care to ensure it's in an environment where it can grow.

There isn't a huge demand for living in those homes outside of Corn Hill and a few smaller pockets and even then you don't have a huge premium on those houses.Good - There are tons of great investment properties throughout the city to make solid returns with and not worry about the historic maintenance/potential for permit issues.

I have used a mixture of vinegar cleaner to clean the carpet and get pet smells out and it may work for smoke smells as well.
