@David To we looked at multiple latin countries to invest, Medellin and Bogota Colombia, Panama City, Panama, and Costa Rica.

I've actually been looking to move to Medellin at least part time and do some real estate investing there.

My goal over the next few years is to get a $1,200 per month passive income which is enough to live in Thailand, Bali, Medellin, or other similar areas quite comfortably.
