I've heard Wendy Patton has written some excellent books on lease options. google her name for more info.

It is a good concept and will work if you have everything lined up.I believe wendy patton uses this for a few examples in her book.

Wendy Patton's lease options book has intrigued me to the point where I plan on trying to include that in my investment plan.

I know another guy wih properties there and he can't install carpeting until the day a tenant is moving in because it will be stolen.Also, if you're focusing on lease options, read some of Wendy Patton's books.
