It's addicting, I've caught the itch and want to keep going.

I have been just saving up money on the sidelines for a while at this point and am itching to get a deal but just have the feeling that waiting a couple more months to see what the next batch of numbers look like before diving into a deal at this point in the cycle might be a good idea. 

A group of grad students, nurses (you mentioned close to hospital) or seniors about to graduate will likely have more options to pay monthly and pay more than sophomores itching to get off campus and live independently for the first time.

After 5 months I’m already itching for another, but the deal has to be right!!!

If you want passive investment and you have another job, pick option #2.If you are itching to get involved in a property, be hands on, and take responsibility, take option #1.Starting out, you will soon discover than owning 2 to 4 units is just a side gig. 

My husband and I are itching to get into real estate, but currently live overseas (military).

I'm just itching to get the next step going but I guess the prize is sweeter with patience.

Im itching to start cold calling and I just want to know where are investors getting their cold calling leads from or what other techniques are you using.

However I have this itch to invest in my first property to get started on my path to financial freedom and eventually liberate me from my 9-5. 

I listen to podcasts and read as many books as i can but I’m itching to do my first deal.
