I would be very surprised if there is national legislation that requires landlords to swap out corded blinds for cordless. 

At one time, this was a thriving area, but with the 1971 Supreme Court decision to re-route Interstate 40 around the city of Memphis, the area was cut off un-naturally from the rest of the city.  

In MD expect interst rates to bid down to 4% on anything decent.

The very few that succeed are on the phone constantly, have good people skills, can take a lot of verbal abuse, get to the point and are organized and good at follow up.It's a bit harder right now, for a couple of reasons, people with low interest rate loans don't want to give up that low interst rate and wholesaling has become the gold rush of today where the people selling supplies to the gold rushers made a lot more money than the gold rushers themselves.Can you make money wholesaling, yes of course, if you do the work and grind it out. 

What a strange and intersting day!

Complete overhaul, new terminals, dedicated bus lanes, new interstate exits/on ramps, etc. 

You have to dive into inter-state agreements. 

The interstate system construction around this location has been completed and will slowly start to increase the value in this area.
