In my case it was not as simple as wake up and do it.  

It's unthinkable to imagine that they have been running their business grossly violating Dodd Frank, simply because someone would have lodged a complain and they would be shut down by now.

I’m definitely going to do something because I can’t imagine doing nothing.

Now that people are starting to socialize again and this city is opening back up soon, I would imagine that many renters and visitors will be coming back to SF in the next year or two.

(Imagine the entire value of your property being just the 20-25% downpayment on a 4-5x larger property and the resulting depreciation.) 

Not sure how they could block a sale but I imagine they told him the central heating unit for the whole complex would soon need replacement so a special assessment would be upcoming.  

I imagine you’re right about the eviction and at the end of the day it will cost me some money, but at least I’ll learn the process and how to better screen tenants (I inherited this one).If you ever get up to Boston let me know.  

I would imagine things that are skewed towards whatever holiday is coming up would be big sellers too.  

I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad 

As a business owner myself, I just couldn't imagine failing a client so miserably and then trying to charge them extra and being ok with that, and THEN, telling them that sharing financial data is standard procedure.
