Appreciate you sharing your post/pain points from a buyers perspective.

I am just attempting to give you my view point and possibly highlight some points that may be a bit painful to hear but which are nonetheless true and which may help in the future, idk. 

I don't even know what to say, except to hope that it's all kids who do not yet know the pain of rush hour commute, and think all things "grown up" are cool grown up things. 

They are singularly focused to avoid the pain. 

Especially in a market like Charleston where affordability has become a huge pain point in recent years.

I am in the space, trust me I know the pain.

If you are early in your career (would understand not having a lot saved early on) you should let your current job run for 8-10 years and save as much as you can (as painful as it may be, but remember building wealth isn’t easy either or everyone would be wealthy). 

The biggest pain in the butt is also the best for increasing bookings and that is the hot tub.

It’s necessary but it’s going to be painful for many

The syndication real estate funds have seen and will see some pain.
