I can probably fill up a notebook of things that used to make me uncomfortable that are just run of the mill these days, from walking around houses with feces on the floor to writing 6 figure checks for dumpy houses to having to have guys put in heating systems when I'm 1000 miles away.

The standard "systems" are set up to over-improve. 95%+ of agents only deal with owner-occupied properties, which are typically Class A, so all their connections are geared toward servicing Class A (maybe Class B) properties.
