The best time for doing infills (unless they are the big $ tear downs of $1M homes to put in a $2M home) coincides with an overall slowdown, but that doesn't appear imminent anywhere anytime soon.

Overall the average capital gains tax rate for high income earners turns out to be 28.6%, only Denmark (42), France (34.4), Finland (33), Ireland (33) and Sweden (30), have higher capital gains tax rates.

We are particularly interested in areas allowing a great lifestyle (good food, spending heaps of time outside, close to the beach, quick and easy access to great cities, etc) such as California, South West of France, Barcelona, etc...We currently own a 2 bedroom apartment (paid cash) close to the beach and the main English schools in Malta.

It is very common in France where the landlord can decide to give away 2.75% of the rent in exchange for rent payment in case the tenant stops paying.

It is easier for quarterly so you may see that more often as an investor.My comment:  Investors love monthly distributions and in coincides well w/our monthly quick update on the projects progress.
