In Salt Lake City, you don't even need a business license to rent out rooms in your own primary residence.What are my liabilities renting without a business.

In Salt Lake and most of northern UT it's generally pretty expensive to build.

Hi everyone, This is my first post, so apologies if I should've tagged something different.My husband and I live on the east side of the Salt Lake Valley, and we’ve been exploring ways to achieve financial independence and build wealth through real estate investment.

So we will eventually sell and part ways with Colorado (where we live now).I've scoured the following markets: Reno, NV, Salt Lake City, the Oregon coast, Bend, OR, Sacramento, CA, Lake Tahoe (CA/NV) and touched on most places in between.

That more windows meant more safety because nothing could be hidden.I took the what the agent said with a grain of salt. 

Sure as hell beats paying $40k to an actor fronting for a real estate marketing company operating out of Las Vegas or Salt Lake City and providing guidance by a failed salesman reading answers from a script.  

I'm particularly interested in rental properties in the Alabama and Florida areas.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time in the salt water and hanging with my two dogs Sheeba and Theo.Excited to learn and connect with you all!
