I’m definitely working hard to create a solid foundation for both my family and my investments, and it’s encouraging to connect with like-minded people who are exploring real estate as well.You’re absolutely right about Section 8 housing, the stability of cash flow is definitely a big draw for me, especially with the U.S. market being more accessible in terms of affordability compared to Canada.

But Norada was pushing their Promissory notes and touting the company as doing very well  in there webcast on 6/11/24 and 6/18/24, actively encouraging viewers to use their  IRA to invest.

Tribes might even provide additional incentives, like grants or infrastructure funding, to encourage investment.

However, I would encourage you to Network work local real estate clubs in the PA/NJ area to help identify your target market and ideal investment for your first property.

He even chatted with me through this forum (Bigger Pockets) and was very encouraging that you can even do it just with free stuff out there.  

Also, some of you will need a little pushback against Naysayers who will encourage you to stick with your Qualified Plan.] 

I encourage all to file a complaint with them.
