I've never been to Disneyland.

Off the top of my head...big destination areas (I moved in 1992 so these may be dated) aside from Big Bear,Lake ArrowheadAny proximity to Disneyland...and potentially Knott'sPalm SpringsSalton SeaAny beach area (Fiesta Island down in San Diego is often overlooked...and pretty much across from Sea World)Lake Isabella/Wofford Heights/KernvilleSolvang (go visit the Good Life and tell them I sent you - I graduated high school with one of the owners)Catalina Island?

@Patrick Jacques you might want to clarify, Disneyland or Disney in Florida? 

If they are going to the beach or Disneyland, or a ball game they want to be as close as possible. 

Does the City of Tampa want to turn us into another Disneyland? 

In Anaheim, we are at the Hilton, across the street from Disneyland.

Ocala resident and trucking mogul just opened up the World Equestrian Center (disneyland for horse people) so this is making it quite the hot spot as it only opened last year and is still under construction as they are adding more and more!

It's about an hour from LA, 30 minutes to Malibu, 1.5 hours from Santa Barbara, 2 hours to Disneyland, and 30-45 minutes to Six Flags and Universal Studios.

The only way the price for rental units will drop will be after some virus wipes out half the population of the world and even then the rental business may be even stronger.Waiting for the price of multi-unit prices to drop is like people thinking Disneyland won't be crowded on a rainy day so everyone goes to Disneyland.I've been purchasing multi-unit properties when they were $65k for beautiful units in desirable areas.
