I do not have a website currently.I've been looking at a few websites and you're the 4th person that has recommended Investor Carrot. 

I dont personally have experience with it but I know that some of the big wholesalers in FL are using investor carrot for SEO and call porter to answer calls, would both be something to look into as I’m doing the same and plan to start those next month.

Hi Ladies & Gents.I've been reading through the marketing section of this forum as I'm trying to help my old man take his real estate business into the 21st century, but I'm conflicted with all the awesome info.We've had an offer that is similar to the InvestorCarrots Site but without the pre written content that carrots offer.It's quite pricey and I'm wondering If i should just DIY the process.So here's my question - What is the quickest online method for lead generation(I understand if you don't want to share)Should I do EVERYTHING or focus on something else online?

Sometimes you need to offer a carrot to make it happen - like extend for 12-months at the existing/discounted rate {after explaining that rent would be going up}.

Based on your experience, might dangling the co-working carrot be worthwhile, in the burbs, even?

If you dangle the carrot of full payment in front of them, they might be willing to let go of the entries.

Even more since he's offering you a huge carrot.Anyone qualified doesn't offer up CASH for a YEAR first thing before they even fill out an application.He has likely been evicted, or worse, and wants you to not run his application because he's dangling a cash carrot in front of you.And, no business has to pay a year's worth of rent upfront for a tax write-off.
