Currently, I have to open my browser to view and respond to messages.

It also syncs up nicely with Google Drive, so you can access all your files this way as well as using all of Google Docs apps.However, it is very limited in its functionality as it does not have an internal processor - everything is run through the machine's browser Google Chrome.

@Mindy JensenI've tried a few times to refresh my browser and tried a different pc.

Google plugin "Hangouts" is like Skype - - FREE and works in the browsers Chrome & Firefox (maybe others too).

If you want to keep this alert as is, you can change it back in your notifications settings .I rely on these keyword alerts to not be late to the party so to speak :-) I usually have BP open all day on my browser, and do not necessarily click through to a conversation through an email, but I rely on the notification from the email to alert me in a timely fashion.That said....I would really prefer that instead of changing my settings on your own and leaving it up to me to figure out what is going on (took me a whole day) and then make it my responsibility to change them back, that you would ASK ME first if I would like my settings changed.

@Mindy JensenI hit refresh, I opened a different browser, I tried it on 2 computers and my phone.  

I can't explain why your browser is trying to download it instead of executing it, but it's nothing to worry about.Is it still happening?
