Many years ago I was in the automobile business and people would call in and after a brief descripition the would ask how much it was worth.

I can purchase an automobile for say 5K and resale it for 10K, nothing deceptive and perfectly legal.

Hello BP members,I am considering placing my rental property into an LLC for liability protection and dropping my umbrella insurance due to a spike in the rates and the fact that we don't own an automobile.  

There is now a threat of tariffs on imports of automobiles from Europe which would be  economically devastating to our country.   

In the Old lease if specifies that tenants must use the garage solely for a running automobile.

I recently switched my automobile, boat and umbrellas to him as well.

I often read here and hear from many other sources how automobiles are such a waste of money and a depreciating asset.

I have traded perfectly good automobiles for newer shiny ones when I was younger.

Welll... i just recently recieved a nice chunk of change(50,000) from a bad auto-mobile accident i got in a few years ago... i just turned 20.. i've got a good job... and have been planning on investing my money in real estate ever since i thought i might be getting some...I'm thinking about maybe flipping some property...but I'm just trying to figure out a safe way to jump into this.....

Closing decreases your available credit, so could actually help if you are trying to get a loan.In my experience the thing that propelled my score highest in my younger days was installment loans on automobiles.
