Hello all, I am a student-athlete at Indiana University (Go Hoosiers) who just finished my undergrad and baseball career.

Hi everyone, I'm Rachel Odumu and I'm a mintly retired Division Athlete (Basketball) from the University of Hawai'i.

I know a retired athlete who has seven figures in the bank, but works full-time at Target just for the benefits.At the moment, when doing my budget based on my rental income and using 1,500 as a conservative number for insurance, I would have around 4,000-4,500 left over per month. 

A master swindler there is like a pro athlete in our country. 

Recently I thought about only targeting people that I know have money like athletes and celebrities.

There are friends, schools, athletics, grandparents, etc. all things that parents have to consider when they decide that they are going to move.

. - (if you haven't already noticed people around here worship Kentucky athletics and put Coach Calipari on a level of importance up next to President Obama!

As an athlete the majority of my life hard work is instilled in me.  

We've rented to some athletes and they like to pay per semester because that's when they get their scholarship money.
