I think it is more along the unique lines but I think whatever partnership deal is made, make sure to have a notarized agreement to cross your T's and dot your I's as a just in case.

So, yeah, it's a smart approach and if the numbers are favorable and you have Plan B in place you can do this successfully.You would need to record a notarized memorandum of the option with the county to protect your position in the deal.

I had to get a notarize sworn statement stating that I never did a loan in NV which I did not.. and I will not unless I get properly licensed.I wonder if the state will go after wholesalers that are violating the real estate licensure laws like they do. ??
