I used to do it for clients, and while in QB, you can do it without using numbers for account codes, doing it alphabetically, most CPA's still used a numerical system, such as account 1000 for cash account 3000 for AR.

(ie. is there a conversion tool from the score that Neighborhood Scout gives to these alphabetical ratings; and is the home classification for the most part just eye balled?)

I've heard a alphabetical ranking system used to describe neighborhoods, I'm not familiar with the scale so I'll just say the neighborhood is middle class.Hopefully this helps.
